Cashback terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026. This is a translation; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

In short

1. Who offers it

Cashback is offered by Luis Emilio Liriano (Kupoki), tax ID (NIF) 60038864D, Calle Alfonso XII 29, 1.º 4, 41001 Seville (Spain). Contact: hola@kupoki.com.

Cashback is a voluntary rebate we pay you out of the commission stores pay us through affiliate networks such as Awin or Tradedoubler. Your balance is not a bank account, a deposit or electronic money, and it earns no interest.

2. How to earn it

3. How much you get back

We give you 50% of the commission the store pays us for your purchase. The percentage you see on each store ("4% cashback") is already your share, based on that store's standard commission.

It's an estimate: the commission is calculated on the amount the store counts (usually excluding taxes and shipping, and after discounts), and some stores pay different commissions depending on the product or on whether you're a new customer. In every case you get 50% of what the store actually pays for your purchase.

If we change that 50%, the change will only apply to purchases made after we announce it.

4. Cashback statuses

StatusWhat it means
PendingThe store has recorded your purchase. It usually appears a few hours to a few days after you buy.
ConfirmedThe store has validated the purchase once its return period ended, usually 30 to 90 days later. It moves to your available balance.
DeclinedThe store pays no commission for that purchase: a return, a cancellation, an order not completed, an excluded product or a breach of its terms.

Confirming or declining a purchase is up to the store and the affiliate network. If they don't pay us the commission, there is no cashback to pay out.

Purchase not showing up? Wait 7 days and, if it still isn't there, write to hola@kupoki.com with the store, date, amount and order number. We'll file a claim with the network where it allows it (usually up to 90 days after the purchase). We will never ask for your recovery code.

5. Withdrawing your balance

6. Your wallet and your recovery code

You don't need an account. The first time you tap "Activate", Kupoki creates an anonymous wallet stored in your browser. We don't know who you are, so we can't recover a wallet by your name or email.

On the wallet page you can see your recovery code. Keep it: it's the only way to get your balance back if you uninstall Kupoki, clear your browser data or switch computers. Anyone who has the code can see and withdraw your balance, so don't share it with anyone.

7. Misuse

We may decline or cancel cashback on fake or manipulated purchases, orders placed in order to return them, automated clicks or purchases, or any attempt to collect commissions that aren't due. We may also refuse a withdrawal linked to those practices. If we do, we'll explain why if you've given us an email address.

8. Duration and changes

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live and you keep the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
